Kramfors Municipality is now seeking a Work Coach for the Employment Unit. As the new activity requirement within social assistance is implemented, municipalities are given an expanded mandate to offer meaningful activities that strengthen individuals' opportunities to move closer to work and studies. To meet this need and develop our operations, we are now looking for a Work Coach.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a self-motivated person who takes responsibility for their tasks, works in a structured manner, and plans and executes their work independently. You need to have good collaboration skills and be attuned to the participants' needs and requests for support.

Responsibilities

As a Work Coach, you will play a key role in creating, developing, and implementing activities for participants within the Employment Unit. You will work closely with participants in their daily lives through guidance, motivation, and support, while also having the opportunity to influence how the operations are structured and developed. The goal is to strengthen the participants' work capacity, independence, and opportunities to move on to work, studies, or other interventions.

This is a position for you who enjoy combining practical work with development work.

• Guide and support participants in various interventions, including drafting implementation plans.
• Plan and organize activities based on participants' needs and conditions.
• Contribute to the development of arenas within the framework of the activity requirement.
• Be involved in the establishment of operations and their routines.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, social services, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and other partners.
• Document and follow up on participants' development and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in guidance, coaching, workforce management, or working with people in change processes.
• Engaged, solution-focused, clear in your leadership, collaborative, and enjoy varied work.
• Initiative-taking and enjoy building and developing operations.
• Good ability to create structure and motivate others.
• Can motivate people with different backgrounds and conditions.
• Share our belief in everyone's opportunity to develop and move closer to self-sufficiency.
• Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Office package.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Meritorious: Experience from employment activities, education, rehabilitation, or other operations working with people in change processes.
