About the role

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an employee for their finance department. You will be a key contact for both customers and colleagues regarding financial matters. You will help resolve cases, answer questions, and ensure that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Answer questions via phone and email.
  • Handle invoice inquiries, payments, and reminders.
  • Register and follow up on financial cases.
  • Continuous bookkeeping.
  • Support customers and internal employees in financial-related processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and ensure high service levels.
  • Some payroll administration.
Qualifications

To fit the role of financial support, we see that you are meticulous, structured, and have good problem-solving skills. You have a service-oriented approach and thrive with many points of contact. You work independently while being a good team player. Furthermore, we look for:

  • Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in finance, administration, or customer service.
  • Good understanding of financial flows and administrative processes.
  • Good computer skills and experience working in business and financial systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with financial systems, such as Visma, Fortnox, Business Central, or SAP, is an advantage. If you also have previous experience with closing accounts, reconciliations, or continuous bookkeeping, we view that as a significant plus.

Scope: Full-time

Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
