Do you want to drive digital development that creates real value for the business? We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst who wants to lead work on digital process optimization, automation, and business development in an exciting consulting assignment.

As a Business Analyst, you will be a key person in identifying, analyzing, and developing business processes using digital technology. You act as the link between the business and IT, working closely with solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.

You drive several parallel initiatives – from needs analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and follow-up of business benefits. The assignment also involves developing working methods, building up methodologies, and coaching and training the business to create long-term digital development.

• Identify and analyze business processes with development potential.

• Lead process analyses and map opportunities for improvement.

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Develop solution proposals together with the business and IT.

• Participate in the implementation of digital solutions and automation.

• Work closely with solution architects and development teams in agile projects.

• Follow up on effects and benefit realization after implemented solutions.

• Lead workshops and facilitate dialogue between different stakeholders.

• Develop methods, processes, and working practices.

• Coach and develop the competence of employees within the business.

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Documented experience with agile working methods.

• Extensive experience in process analysis and business development.

• Experience implementing digital solutions.

• Experience with automation using technologies such as RPA, AI, integrations, or similar.

• Experience in needs gathering, requirements capture, and requirements management.

• Experience in benefit assessment and follow-up of business benefits.

• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate change work.

• Pedagogical skills and experience in training or coaching groups.

• Very good communication skills.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience working in distributed teams.

• Experience leading digital or distributed workshops.

• Experience with large IT implementations within complex businesses.

• Experience in change management and competence development.

• Experience working with the journal system Cosmic.

📍 Location: Sundsvall 📅 Assignment Period: 2026-09-01 – 2027-06-30 🕒 Scope: Approximately 50% (20 hours/week) 🏢 Work Model: Primarily on-site, with some possibility of remote work as agreed.
