Do you want to take overall responsibility for growth in a company where the business spans from bidding to implementation, and where your decisions directly impact both results and market position?
At Aiab, we are now looking for a Head of Marketing and Business Development who wants to drive our continued development and take a central role in the company. You will receive a clear mandate to develop the business, strengthen our market position, and create long-term profitable growth.
In this role, which combines strategic height with clear operational drive, you work closely with the CEO and are part of the management team, based in Timrå. You have overall responsibility for driving the business forward, from strategy to concrete business.
You lead and develop the following functions:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Product and Offer Development
- Business Development
Your Mission
You are responsible for driving Aiab's growth and developing the business as a whole. This means identifying and realizing new business opportunities, gaining market share in prioritized segments, and personally participating in winning strategically important business.
You lead and develop the sales organization by establishing structure, goals, and working methods. Through your leadership, you coach the team and raise the business level, while ensuring a strong and high-quality pipeline.
A central part of the role is strengthening our market position. You clarify and develop our brand, ensure that marketing efforts drive business, and position Aiab as a relevant and attractive player.
You also lead the development of our offers and ensure that our services meet market needs. Through business development initiatives, you strengthen both competitiveness and profitability.
At the same time, you have a clear responsibility for business acumen and risk control. You ensure that businesses are correctly priced and structured, actively work with risk assessment in bids and contracts, and strengthen the link between sales, contracts, and implementation.
The role is measured by growth, quality in business, and the ability to turn strategy into profitable results.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who is a business-driven and results-oriented leader with a strong understanding of how profitable businesses are built, from the first bid to implementation.
You have experience driving sales and business development within the construction, installation, or contracting industry and are accustomed to working both strategically and operationally. You have led teams within sales, marketing, or business development and have a natural ability to create structure, direction, and engagement.
You thrive in business, are present in important customer dialogues, and have the ability to think long-term while delivering results here and now.
You have a good understanding of contracting law and how it affects business. You have experience working with AB 04 and ABT 06 and are confident in matters regarding contracts, responsibilities, and ETA (Execution Time Agreement). You use this knowledge to make better business decisions, minimize risk, and ensure profitability.
As a person, you are driven, curious, and see opportunities where others see limitations. You are clear in your leadership and enable people to grow and perform together. You dare to challenge, prioritize, and make decisions, even in complex situations.
