Economy Administrator for Kramfors Municipality

The Finance Department is the hub for the municipality's economy. Here, we work as a team of 14, contributing to making each other better, and we are development-oriented.
As an Economy Administrator with us, you will work with accounting and reconciliation in the areas of cash and bank, customer invoices, debt collection/disputes, supplier invoices, and more. You will also be responsible for preparing the basis for monthly, interim, and annual accounts.
This is a role for you who want to work with multiple perspectives and be the contact point into the Finance Department.
Job Responsibilities
You, together with your colleagues in the Finance Department, will be responsible for supporting the municipality's administrations/companies and the residents of Kramfors. You will collaborate closely with different teams and areas within the Finance Department and other employees in the municipality, and play a key role in developing our working methods and financial processes.
- Responsible for performing accounting and reconciliation in the areas of cash and bank, customer invoices, debt collection/disputes, and supplier invoices for the municipality and the jointly owned municipal companies.
- Responsible for preparing the basis for monthly, interim, and annual accounts.
- Responsible for mail handling, scanning into supplier accounts, and other administrative tasks for the municipality and the jointly owned municipal companies.
- Propose simplified and standardized working methods.
- Participate in various working and development groups both within/via the Finance Department and at administrations/municipal companies.
- Actively participate in development work at the Finance Department and contribute to us making each other better together.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, enjoy collaboration, and are responsible.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of accounting as well as legislation and regulations.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Merits:
- Experience in administrative work.
- Experience with the Finance System Raindance.
- Economics program from upper secondary education.
Employment Terms
Type of Employment: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Start Date: According to agreement.
End Date: 2027-02-28.
