The security work is based on Försäkringskassan's management system for security, which the Security Business Area is responsible for developing and managing. The Security Business Area is responsible for, among other things, security protection, information security, crisis preparedness, sectoral responsibility, and incident management.

Security Protection, Security-Protected Procurement

All employees within the Security Business Area have a primary focus within one of our areas of responsibility. As a Security Protection Expert and Business Developer within security protection, you will be part of the strategic security area. The position is primarily focused on work within security protection, but you will also work with other tasks within the security area. You work to increase knowledge and awareness within the agency regarding security protection and contribute your expertise internally. In the role of Security Protection Expert, your task is to work together with other employees to ensure and continuously develop the agency's work within security protection in a structured manner.

As a Security Protection Expert, you will work with identifying, documenting, and assessing protection values. The work involves extensive internal collaboration both within the business area and within the agency to provide the business with adequate support and clarity, as well as external cooperation with other agencies and organizations. Furthermore, you help develop the agency's work with security protection and related processes, such as security-protected procurement. The work also includes assisting others in the work group with follow-up and guidance towards external business operators.

To fit the role, you need to be an independent team player with a good ability to interpret, evaluate, and handle complex and protected information. Based on this, you should be able to make analyses and prioritizations. You are meticulous and have high integrity, confident in yourself so that you can make your own assessments, drive processes, and take your own initiatives. Accessibility, good service, information, guidance, and delivery should characterize your work. You should also be communicative, meticulous, and have high security awareness. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on correct handling. This is a job for you who want to take responsibility.

Who are you?

• Have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent.
• Have several years of experience working with security protection and very good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the security protection area.
• Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results.
• Can understand and analyze complex issues.
• Collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Have good communication skills, both oral and written.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Several years of work experience from the security area at a civil agency.
• Experience with special security protection assessments and security protection agreements.
• Documented experience in developing, conducting, and documenting security protection analyses and security protection plans for complex operations.
• Current experience in developing, implementing, and following up on processes within security protection.
• Formal education in security protection.
• Experience from work in security or intelligence services.

Other Information

One position, permanent, full-time, with access as agreed. Probationary employment may be applicable. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a approved security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's guidelines for security, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this position. The occupational role for the position is Business Developer. Business travel occurs relatively regularly. In this recruitment, psychometric tests may be used as part of the selection process.
