About the operations

Near-care area West has a hospital, five region-run health centers, and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. The area includes the two municipalities of Sollefteå and Kramfors. The five health centers within the Primary Care Area Sollefteå/Kramfors work daily to help the residents in the area, and together we strive to achieve our vision of life, health, and sustainable development in Västernorrland. We collaborate extensively across our entire area, where we have a close cooperation with each other, which is a strength! Kramfors Health Center is one of 5 health centers in our primary care area West. Kramfors HC is the municipality's largest and is located in central Kramfors. With us, we have everything gathered under one roof, and we have a large knowledge base in the form of our experienced staff within different professions, as well as cooperation with other healthcare institutions.

We are now looking for a medical secretary for the Health Center in Kramfors. The position is a permanent full-time employment (daytime, Monday-Friday), with access as agreed.

Tasks

With us, you as an employee get a good introduction and support in the role of medical secretary based on your individual wishes. With us, you get to work in an exciting operation that is constantly developing. The work is varied and fun. You use your clinical competence and your calmness to create security and to relieve the operation in the best way.

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• Usual tasks as a medical secretary
• Administrative work
• Mail handling
• Work in the medical record system Cosmic
• Reception work may occur, where you are our face outwards, and place great emphasis on service, where you meet and guide the patients at the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have education as a medical secretary
• Have experience with the medical record system Cosmic
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience working with the previous system System Cross
• Have work experience within primary care
• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
