We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured administrator who wants to become an important part of our operations.

Responsibilities

In the role of administrator, you will among other things:

  • Staff and manage the company's switchboard and receive incoming calls.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning.
  • Handle work orders.
  • Register, update, and follow up on administrative cases.
  • Support the operations with other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is service-oriented, positive, and communicative.
  • Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner.
  • Thrives in having many contact points and varied tasks.
  • Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
  • Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Is self-reliant but enjoys collaborating with others.

About the position

We are looking for a substitute for the Administrator role at 75% with a start date of August 17th.

The temporary position lasts for 24 months, with great opportunities for permanent employment.
