ResponsibilitiesIn the role of customer support, you will be an important part of the team that daily supports and serves our customers via phone and email. Together with your colleagues, you will handle a wide range of cases, always with a focus on providing professional and solution-oriented service.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Answer questions and provide support regarding services, prices, and bookings
- Register and handle cases in our systems
- Suggest improvements in customers' waste management
- Help customers get started with digital solutions and services
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure a good customer experience
We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and interested in working in digital environments. You enjoy taking responsibility and have a good ability to handle technical challenges while delivering excellent customer service. You have an eye for detail, are flexible, and are driven to find efficient solutions. You like working independently but also appreciate being part of a team where collaboration and good communication are important.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- At least three years of upper secondary education or equivalent
- A few years of relevant work experience
- Good technical system proficiency
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in digital environments
- Experience in customer-facing service
- Experience with case management systems
Start date: According to agreement
Scope: Full-time
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
