Your future challenge

We are currently 24 driven and engaged employees working within indirect procurement. We have a very bright future ahead of us and need to strengthen the group with additional team members. We are looking for you who want to work as a strategic buyer.

Indirect procurement covers categories such as: Real Estate, Transport, Travel, Patents, Machine Investments, Chemicals, Consumables, Security, Consultants, and IT.

The position to be filled now has a focus on Real Estate and Infrastructure. You will strengthen the team, which currently consists of two people.

As a Buyer, you will work in a varied and stimulating environment where you have internal contacts with several departments and functions, but primarily with our suppliers.

Your tasks in this role include, among other things:

• Supplier and contract responsibility
• Supplier development (relationships, KPIs, and innovations)
• Tendering, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and offer evaluations
• Supplier evaluations
• Contracts (drafting and project management)
• Risk assessments
• Create procurement strategies and execute them
• Lead cross-functional teams in projects/contracts
• Target cost management

We work in category teams composed of different roles and specialists.

Who you are

We believe you have a university degree or other relevant education in e.g., procurement, law, or economics. You have experience from a qualified role with a commercial focus from the construction and real estate industry.

Meritorious are professional experiences in procurement, contracts, negotiation, and project management, as well as knowledge in construction law with terms such as AB04, ABT06, ABFF15, NU15, ABK09, and NLM19. Experience with SAP and the Office package, as well as experience with our products or industry experience within our indirect procurement categories, is viewed very positively.

As a person, you are good at building relationships and networking. You have strong self-drive, are goal-oriented, and have the ability to lead, plan, and follow up on both your own and others' work in a structured and meticulous manner. You have a long-term strategic approach and a strong commercial interest.

The position is a permanent employment with the location in Örnsköldsvik. We work with defense secrecy, which implies both legal requirements and specific requirements from our customers as a company. All employees must therefore undergo security clearance and drug testing.
