We are now looking for an Inside Sales Engineer who wants to strengthen our customer relationships and contribute to our sales development in Northern Sweden. At Endress+Hauser Sweden, we combine local expertise with global knowledge to support customers in key industries with reliable measurement solutions.

Then this might be the right role for you. You will work from our sales office in Sundsvall and collaborate closely with both customers and field sales representatives to create value every day.

What responsibilities will you have?

You will:

  • Support customers within your area of responsibility and build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Work closely with field sales to follow up on quotations and drive deals to closure
  • Provide technical and commercial advice to ensure solutions meet customer needs
  • Develop existing customer relationships by identifying business opportunities and working on upselling
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally with a high level of service
  • Ensure accurate customer data and document activities in CRM and SAP

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Have an interest in sales combined with technical advisory towards customers
  • Work in a structured and meticulous manner with a good eye for detail
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with both customers and colleagues
  • Have a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented work approach
  • Are comfortable with negotiations and business discussions
  • Have experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP
