We are now looking for an engaged customer service representative who wants to help create a top-class customer experience.

About the role
This role is perfect for you if you enjoy variety and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike. Customer service will be your main task, but here we help each other out where needed. This means you will sometimes support other parts of the business when needs arise. We are therefore looking for a team player without ego who likes to take initiative and jump in where needed.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
• Handle returns, complaints, invoicing, and crediting.
• Contribute ideas and content to our social media channels.
• Support other parts of the business when needed.
• Play a key role in developing the customer experience and our service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service or another service-oriented profession.
• Is confident communicating via phone, email, and chat.
• Has a high sense of service and always puts the customer first.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and responsible.
• Is flexible and enjoys having varied tasks.
• Is team-oriented and happy to help out where needed.
• Takes initiative and likes to come up with new ideas.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have an interest in car care.
• Have previous experience in e-commerce.
• Hold a forklift license.
