Your future challenge

The Purchasing function is part of Operations & Supply Chain and consists of direct purchasing, project purchasing, indirect purchasing, supplier quality, and three departments within strategic purchasing. One of these is Build to Print, where we currently have around 60 driven and engaged employees – and we continue to grow.

To meet this growth, we are now dividing the department and creating a new group focused on Sourcing and Project Management. This is the group you will lead.

As Group Manager, you play a key role in:

• Ensuring timely deliveries to and from suppliers with the right quality
• Supporting the project organization through all phases of the project
• Establishing and developing collaborations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensuring that quotations become sustainable agreements and that contract execution functions well

In the bidding and startup phases, the focus is on sourcing suppliers in our customer countries. Thereafter, you drive the development and building of supplier relationships together with the team.

An important part of your assignment is also to:

• Coach and support the team in internal collaboration
• Develop working methods, processes, and system support
• Ensure close collaboration with, among others, Supplier Quality, Operational Purchasing, Industrial Cooperation, External Production, Engineering, and Project Purchasing

You have full personnel responsibility for your team – you lead, develop, and follow up on employees, manage resource planning, and oversee budget tracking. You are part of the management group for B2P/COTS and report to the Unit Manager.

The person you are

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing and/or other commercial roles in a leadership position
• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
