About the Company

Din Tur is the Municipal Consortium Collective Transport Authority, the public transport concept for Västernorrland County. Around 50 people work at Din Tur, divided between the office in Kramfors and our customer center in Ånge. Din Tur has daily traffic between the county's municipalities, within the municipalities, and urban traffic in Härnösand, Sollefteå, Sundsvall, and Örnsköldsvik. Approximately 10,000,000 journeys are made annually with Din Tur. 90% of these journeys are by bus, while the rest are by train or special transport/medical transport.

Your Responsibilities

As a ticket inspector, your primary task is to check that passengers have valid tickets. The work is performed in a staff role and always in pairs – two and two. It is a social, mobile, and sometimes challenging job where you are expected to act with integrity and good judgment. Together with your colleague, you travel on the traffic both locally and regionally within the county. Working hours may vary on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have a professional attitude and high integrity.
• Can handle uncomfortable situations in a respectful manner.
• Speak Swedish fluently, and preferably English or other languages.
• Have basic technical skills – you must be able to handle a handheld device for ticket inspection.
• Are confident, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Are flexible with working hours and comfortable working outdoors among people.
