We are currently looking for a Sales Associate with responsibility as Deputy Store Manager for our store in Sundsvall.

At Rusta, you get to make a real difference every day. In this role, you are right where the action is, meeting our customers. Your most important task is to be the store manager's closest support, both in terms of responsibility and daily operations. Together, you ensure that daily routines run smoothly, and when the store manager is not on site, you take the lead. As a team, you create a well-maintained and inviting store where both customers and employees feel at home.

About you

You inspire and support your colleagues, create structure, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time – keeping both the big picture and the details in focus. You are a reliable role model for the team, and you ensure that you work together towards the store's set goals. As a person, you excel at creating order, both at the checkout and in the warehouse, while always keeping the customer in focus and doing that little extra to create a welcoming and positive experience in the store.

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe you:

  • Have a few years of experience leading in retail, preferably from a business handling high volumes
  • Enjoy thinking long-term and inspiring others to do the same
  • Are good at bringing people along and understand the importance of having fun together and spreading positive energy, regardless of whether the day goes according to plan or not
  • Are direct and clear in your communication; others find it easy to understand you
  • Enjoy a busy environment and understand the importance of being flexible to find the best possible solution for the customer, the team, or the store as a whole
  • Have a genuine drive to develop, and perhaps aim to run your own store within a few years?
