Are you studying at university and looking for a rewarding part-time job in recruitment? Bravura in Sundsvall is now seeking a driven student who wants to gain valuable business experience while supporting our team of recruiters in their daily work.
💼 About the role
As a Recruiting Assistant, your main task is to support recruiters in their daily operations. Priorities may shift from day to day, or even hour to hour. Your duties include screening CVs, sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and handling some administrative tasks. During holiday periods, you will take on greater responsibility and may have the opportunity to substitute in full recruitment processes and assignments. We work according to competency-based recruitment methodology, and you will be offered a thorough introduction.
You have significant personal responsibility, which gives you good opportunities to influence both your own development and Bravura's. The position is part-time, approx. 8-16 hours per week, and you will combine the job with full-time studies during the terms.

🔎 Who we are looking for
Currently enrolled in a full-time university degree in Human Resources/Organizational studies/Economics, with at least 2 years remaining until graduation
You express yourself very well in both speech and writing, in Swedish and English
Experience in service/customer contact or a similar role is meritorious

How the recruitment process works

If you are considered for the position, we will contact you for a first phone interview. Regardless of whether you proceed in the process or not, you will receive feedback on your application. From the moment you apply, the process takes place in three steps:
Selection
We review all applications and analyze personal traits and skills together with work experience and education.
Interviews
We start with a phone screening followed by a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take about 1 hour. After that, reference checks and any tests are conducted before the final offer.
Feedback
We ensure you are kept informed throughout the process. You are also welcome to reach out if you have questions. Whether you complete the entire process or not, we promise to get back to you.

Start: Beginning/mid-September
Location: Sundsvall
Salary: Fixed hourly wage + holiday pay
Hours: 1-2 days per week, with more hours during the Christmas and summer periods.
