What you will do
The role of an inspection technician at Anticimex involves varied tasks and flexible days, including social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high level of service in our ambition to deliver the best service on the market. As an inspection technician, you will work with transfer inspections, damage inspections, and crawl space inspections.

At Anticimex, you work closely with our customers in what may be their biggest transaction of a lifetime – buying or selling a home. Your contribution to these property transactions can be crucial for the customer to make the right decision.

During our inspections, we provide expertise and knowledge, but we also make sure to inform customers about what we see and do. In connection with these visits, you build customer relationships and collaborations. You conduct several inspections and customer visits each day. You drive between your customer visits and have a planned route every day.

As an inspection technician, you will work with, among other things:

• Conducting transfer inspections on villas and holiday homes
• Damage inspections and insurance inspections
• Crawl space inspections
• Documentation and preparation of energy declarations for villas and multi-family houses
• Other home services

Your geographical work area includes the High Coast and the inland, i.e., Västerbotten and Västernorrland.

Who you are
You are motivated by providing good service, have an easy time communicating, and enjoy building relationships. You are used to working in a structured manner and enjoy creating order around you. You have a business drive and want to help develop our customer relationships and our home business.

Perhaps you have practical experience from customer service or other service professions?

We see that you:

• have a theoretical background in construction – UY or vocational education in construction, energy, installations, or similar
• are familiar with digital aids such as phone, computer, tablet, etc.
• have a B driving license
• preferably master more languages than Swedish
