About the role

As part of the company's management team, you will drive Absolicon's continued development. You are expected to contribute with initiatives, ideas, and suggestions for improvement that strengthen the finance function and the company's internal processes in line with the company's growth.

In the role of accountant, you have overall responsibility for the company's finance function. You work broadly with accounting, financial management, and project administration, while contributing to creating efficient working methods and a stable foundation for the company's continued expansion in the solar energy sector.

You will work closely with the business operations and have the opportunity to grow together with the company.

Your main responsibilities

• Continuous bookkeeping and accounting.
• Accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoicing and invoice management.
• Payroll administration.
• Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Participate in year-end closing and quarterly reporting for a listed company.
• Responsible for financial monitoring, reporting, and administration of projects funded by the EU and Vinnova.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to work broadly with finance in a company tasked with changing the world's energy supply.
• Has experience in accounting and continuous bookkeeping.
• Has a good understanding of financial flows and accounting principles.
• Is accustomed to taking initiative, working independently, and taking responsibility for your tasks.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial and changing environment where you get to develop processes, routines, and working methods.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.

Experience from self-employment, listed companies, and project accounting is advantageous.
