The Education Administration is now looking for a Business Developer who wants to contribute to strengthening quality, equality, and goal fulfillment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Developer, you work closely with the administration leadership, principals, and other key functions.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Coordinate and follow up on the administration's overall school development work.
• Support managers and leadership groups in change and development processes.
• Develop and strengthen systematic quality work at the principal and unit level.
• Translate national policy documents, reforms, and research-based knowledge into practical business development.
• Support the development of teaching, student health services, attendance work, and equal education.
• Initiate and lead development projects in areas such as digitalization, AI, competence supply, and organizational learning.
• Participate in creating decision support materials and reports for the administration leadership and board.
• Contribute to creating a common thread between preschool, primary school, upper secondary school, and adult education.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have an academic degree of at least three years within a field that the employer considers relevant for the assignment. You have experience working in educational activities and a good understanding of the conditions, policy documents, and development issues that characterize the field.

You have documented experience in quality and development work, as well as in leading or supporting change and development processes. Through a structured and analytical approach, you can process complex data, identify areas for development, and translate analyses into concrete improvement measures.

You express yourself very well in speech and writing and have a good ability to adapt your communication to different target groups. You also have good digital competence and use digital tools as a natural support in your work.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Type of employment: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: According to agreement.
