Do you thrive in an administrative and coordinating role where you take on significant responsibility and have daily contact with both customers and colleagues? We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator for a fixed-term assignment with a quick start. We conduct ongoing selection, so please send in your application.

About the role

Our client is in an intensive period and needs to ensure smooth delivery, which is why they are now looking for support in the form of a Customer Coordinator who can step in quickly and support the operations. The assignment is expected to last until mid-August and is full-time.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key link between the customer, drivers, and internal functions. Examples of tasks include:

  • Serving as the contact person for the customer and internal colleagues
  • Coordinating the launch of a new customer
  • Gathering information from drivers and relaying status updates to the customer
  • Handling customer contact via phone and email
  • Managing system administration

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience with administrative tasks
  • Is accustomed to using the phone as a work tool
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as this is required for dialogue with customers and internally
  • Is proficient in computer use and masters the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Hold a valid B-class driver's license

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

Other details

Working hours: 06:45-15:45

Start: Immediately

The assignment is expected to last until mid-August and is full-time.
