Job Opportunity: Labor Market Consultant at Manpower Matchning in Sundsvall!

In this role, you will switch between being an entrepreneur building business contacts and being present in coaching meetings. Your Background:

Our client requires specific qualifications to work in this role. You should have a university degree in labor market studies, organization and personnel work, behavioral science, occupational therapy, study and career guidance, social work, or another education deemed relevant. You must have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in transition work/career guidance for job seekers, but experience in recruitment, workforce management, or HR is also welcome.

Alternatively, if you have at least 1 year of post-secondary education, you need at least 3 years of work experience in the aforementioned tasks. You must be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. We would like you to have a broad network of business contacts and partners, or the willingness to build one. We believe you have the ability to think solution-oriented and find new paths.
