About the role

As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspirer, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey the joy of fitness, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them long to come back.

You should feel confident taking the stage, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the concept – we cover that!

• A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest

• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy of fitness

We are looking for someone who can:

• Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week

• Be available morning, day, evening, or weekend (depending on need)

We are looking in the following concepts:

• Senior

• Cycling

• Aerobic/step

• Les Mills concepts (e.g., Bodypump, Pilates, Core, Bodybalance, GRIT, Bodystep, etc.)

You don’t need to be a trained instructor already – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general

• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others

• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude

• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
