Registrar at the Social Office in Norrköping Municipality
Do you enjoy having order and structure? Would you like to have a central role in the document management of the social office and the overall responsibility for the social office's diary? Then you could be our new registrar.
Who are we?
At the Social Office in Norrköping Municipality, we work together to create safety and quality of life for residents. Our everyday life is characterized by collaboration, commitment, and a strong focus on meeting people's needs with high quality.
In the role of registrar, you will belong to the operational area of Operational Support, which serves as an important cog in the entire social office's work. We consist of a team with high competence, great commitment, and the ability to have fun at work!
We contribute expertise, structure, and support to the operations at the social office – always with the best interests of the operations and residents in focus.
Job Responsibilities
The work as a registrar includes diary management, case handling, archiving, disclosure of public documents, confidentiality assessments, as well as handling mail and functional mailboxes.
As a registrar, you work independently but are also part of a team with the office's committee secretaries and information coordinators, where we collaborate in various ways both operationally and in development work.
You, together with your colleagues, will play a central role in the office's transition to digital deliveries to the e-archive from Public 360. As a registrar, you may also work with other administrative tasks as part of the office's operational support.
Who are you?
You have an academic degree with a focus on political science, public administration, archive and information science, or another higher education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is a plus if you have completed registrar training and have several years of experience in the field.
Knowledge of the principle of public access, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Archives Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, the Local Government Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is important, as well as a willingness to acquire new knowledge in the field.
It is advantageous if you have experience from operations that, like social services, work with individual cases and the confidentiality that entails.
We would like you to have experience with the document and case management system Public 360 or have high digital competence that allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with new administrative systems.
You find it easy to collaborate with others, think strategically, and communicate clearly. As a person, you are characterized by accuracy and high integrity. Furthermore, you are structured, proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as stability in stressful situations, are important qualities.
For the position, very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
