We lead aviation - in step with the times, in all situations. LFV is Sweden's leading player in air traffic management for civil and military aviation with associated services. We provide air traffic management and related services both nationally and internationally. Our air traffic controllers manage approximately 2,000 aircraft daily in Swedish airspace. LFV was the first in the world to implement remote air traffic management, and we are driving digitalization in several areas. Job Responsibilities

We at LFV have high ambitions to change and strengthen our work to attract and recruit new personnel. To succeed in our efforts, we are therefore looking for a key person who will be a strong contributing force in achieving our goals.
You will be part of the HR-Payroll Unit, which supports LFV's managers in HR and recruitment processes and is responsible for payroll and HR administration for our employees. The unit consists of 13 colleagues located in Norrköping, Stockholm, and Malmö. You will report to the head of HR-Payroll and be part of a team of four HR specialists with a particular focus on recruitment and the development of our working methods. In this role, you will have close and ongoing collaboration with managers in the organization as well as colleagues within the unit.
In this role, you will independently drive recruitment processes from needs analysis and requirement profiles to hiring and follow-up. At the same time, you will actively contribute to developing, quality-assuring, and streamlining our recruitment process and our working methods.
You will also contribute to the work of recruiting and selecting the future air traffic controllers, a strategic and long-term assignment of great importance to the organization.
Location: Norrköping, Stockholm, or Malmö
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with an academic background in HR/human resources or equivalent experience that the employer considers comparable. You have several years of experience in qualified recruitment work and possess broad and solid knowledge of all parts of the recruitment process, from needs analysis and requirement profiles to selection, interviews, tests, and reference checks. You have a good understanding of the theories and principles underlying professional and competency-based recruitment. You are accustomed to working in recruitment systems and have experience with selection tests. Furthermore, you express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. We would also like you to have experience from a technology-intensive organization, and it is advantageous if you have worked in both the private and public sectors, as well as having knowledge in marketing and being accustomed to using social media as part of the recruitment process.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a professional demeanor in all contacts. You have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and naturally build trust. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You are proactive, drive your processes forward, and have a clear focus on results and quality. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before employment, LFV conducts a security review that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
