Are you passionate about taking responsibility and contributing to societal benefit? Read on! We are now looking for a Technical Administrator for Bravida in Linköping.
ABOUT THE ROLEBravida is now strengthening its team within customer service and access management! In the role of Technical Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and project organizations, focusing on ensuring safe and efficient access solutions in connection with construction and renovation projects within the Östergötland Region.
You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team with colleagues who help and support each other. You will receive a thorough introduction with technical training and guidance from colleagues to get into the systems in the best way. You will also be introduced to customers, external parties, and contractors to create the best conditions for good collaboration. After that, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop in your professional role.
The role is varied, and no day will be like the other. Together with your colleagues, you will prioritize tasks based on what is most important. You and the team will be responsible for the following tasks:
Manage and administer access and permissions according to established routines
Collaborate with the Östergötland Region on construction and renovation projects
Order keys, cylinders, and manage key-related processes
Conduct audits on contractors designated by the customer
Receive fault reports and execute work orders, orders, and requisitions
Resolve issues with access and access cards
Contribute to the development of work methods and routines

In addition, we believe that the following points apply to you:
High school diploma
Technical interest and good familiarity with computers and systems
Good knowledge of Windows
Experience in roles with administration and customer contact
Driver's license (the position may require travel within Östergötland)
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
If you have experience working in service, customer service, and/or have worked on a project basis before, we consider it an advantage.
The position is subject to special security requirements, and therefore, extracts from the criminal record will be collected.
