Imagine stepping into the role of Business Developer and Lean Program Manager and becoming a driving force in our improvement journey. How You Will Impact
- As Lean Program Manager, you will lead our Lean initiative within the service division in Finspång and contribute to our global initiative Lean@GS, creating engagement at all levels so that Lean-driven improvements are prioritized and integrated.
- Raise Lean awareness in the organization through training, coaching, and support, as well as planning and conducting Lean training sessions.
- Work closely with teams and leaders to identify needs, coach in daily improvement work, and ensure that improvements are integrated and managed over time.
- Lead and facilitate the creation of Value Stream Maps for our core processes and identify waste, bottlenecks, and value-creating activities that lead to concrete improvements.
- Develop and follow up on action plans together with the business and support process owners in developing metrics to analyze and track improvement potential.
What You Bring
- You have an academic degree and at least 5 years of experience, along with practical experience in Lean methodology such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, or root cause analysis.
- You have the ability to lead change, facilitate workshops, and inspire others to think differently.
- You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
- You have a structured and curious approach to work and a strong desire to develop yourself and others in collaboration.
- Experience in Lean training, facilitating cross-functional workshops, change management (e.g., ADKAR), process design, digital improvement tools, or project management is a plus.

The team works closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting each other in workshops, analyses, and implementation. As a unified improvement team, you set the direction for Lean development and create a culture where continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday life. Collaboration, support, and collective learning are central to your work, making each improvement both sustainable and meaningful.
