We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Finance Assistant to join our finance and payroll team in central Linköping!

At Consid, you will be offered a humble, varied, and responsible job. You will independently manage your own cases while also working closely with experienced colleagues. Your service-oriented and problem-solving attitude will help you handle both internal and external contacts smoothly.

We are now looking for a new colleague to complement our team. The role is broad and includes most of the tasks typically found in a finance department, such as accounts receivable and payable, incoming and outgoing payments, expense management, reconciliations, and both monthly and annual financial statements. In addition, you will handle administrative tasks such as incoming mail, emails, and phone calls, and be a supportive function to the rest of the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven, unpretentious, and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility while also liking to work in a team. You have a structured approach to work and are used to handling multiple parallel tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and you are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

We particularly value that you have a strong drive and interest in finance, a positive attitude, and an active engagement in improving and streamlining work methods, routines, and processes. You are communicative, meticulous, and have a service-oriented approach.

Competence:

  • Financial education at least at the high school level or equivalent
  • Current experience in administration and finance for at least 1-2 years
  • Very good computer skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Experience working in Teams
  • Experience in accounting from other Nordic countries

You will be part of a dedicated and competent finance team of 23 people, who together with the payroll colleagues form a group of 30 people. Together, we are responsible for the entire finance and payroll process for the group's Swedish companies.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period.
