The Correctional Services' Service Center (KSC) supports the authority in personnel and economic administrative services, support functions, and the authority's switchboard function. The goal of KSC is to reduce administration for managers and client-facing staff through a mix of centralization and enhanced support.

The position is located within the Personnel and Payroll Administration Section. The section's work includes payroll, personnel and schedule administration, travel expenses, and reimbursements, as well as support in these areas. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced administrator for the Personnel and Payroll Administration Section. The section's work includes payroll, personnel administration, schedule administration, travel expenses, and reimbursements.

In the role of administrator in our first-line support, you will be an important resource for the authority's employees. Your task includes guiding and providing support in questions about salary, absence, and reimbursements, primarily via phone but also via email and our case management system.

As support for employees and managers throughout the authority, you contribute to smooth service through both phone contact and digital channels. We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in payroll and personnel administration or other education combined with experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
• Recent experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Experience in customer service or support
• Experience in using IT as support in work
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Very good computer skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with the personnel system Heroma or another equivalent payroll system
• Experience in personnel work within the public sector
• Experience in working with state collective agreements and payroll processes
• Experience in working in case management systems
