Do you want to be part of an exciting consulting assignment in the defense and manufacturing industry? We are now looking for an Assistant Program Manager (PL3) for a comprehensive and complex program with many interfaces and stakeholders.

In this role, you will have a central function where you support program management, ensure structure in deliveries, and contribute to effective information management throughout the flow – from detailed manufacturing to finished delivery object.

The assignment is located in Linköping, starting March 2, 2026, and initially lasts until September 2, 2026.

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will:

• Be the coordinator for one of the supplier teams for an internal supplier

• Ensure that communication works within all relevant areas of the supplier interface

• Create, follow up, and update plans and actions related to, for example, delivery follow-up, quality status, and information flow

• Administer and compile parts of the delivery documentation

• Work with detailed data and tracking in IFS Sharp and Excel

• Support the program manager and planners in the development and presentation of key performance indicators

The role entails broad administrative responsibilities and provides a good overall understanding of the program's delivery structure.

• 4–7 years of relevant work experience

• Documented experience in administrative work

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite

• Experience working in IFS Sharp or another ERP system

• Good ability to work independently and take initiative

• Good collaboration skills and clear communication abilities

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
