Customer Service Officer/Receptionist Linköping (temporary) Job Responsibilities

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the driving license and professional traffic areas. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will switch roles throughout the day to carry out different responsibilities. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so approachability and clear communication are important parts of your job. At times, the work can be fast-paced, so you need to thrive in that environment as part of the job, and you will work according to a set schedule. You will work with:

• Reception duties
• Answering customer inquiries
• Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and license renewals
• Performing general office tasks

This recruitment process uses web-based tests as part of the selection.

You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see you as a confident and service-oriented individual who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are keen to contribute to good collaboration within the team. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach and can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always keeping the best interests of the customer and the organization in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a high school education
• has several years of relevant work experience in physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contact
• has good spoken Swedish skills
• has good written Swedish skills
• has good spoken English skills
• has good computer skills and is familiar with working in the Office suite
• has a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
