As a customer service representative for SJ, your main tasks will consist of answering incoming customer calls regarding payments, train departures, bookings, delays, and refunds. Our goal is to deliver a quality customer service where customer calls are answered both efficiently and professionally. At the same time, we strive to provide the best possible customer service with expertise and commitment. The pace at SJ's customer service can sometimes be very high, and it is important to be able to handle many balls in the air at the same time.

You will primarily respond to customer inquiries over the phone, so it is important that you enjoy engaging with customers using your voice as your main tool. Later in your employment, you will occasionally have the opportunity to respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.

Your employment will begin with a paid training and mentoring period. Both the training and mentoring period will take place over a total of 5-6 weeks where you will learn the basics of how the work is carried out.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented
• Is motivated to learn new things
• Has passing grades in Swedish 1/A and English 5/A
• Has good computer skills
• Agrees to a background check via Verifiera

WORKING HOURS: Varied working hours, Monday-Sunday between 06:00 - 22:00
