About the Role

As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Linköping, you will work in a dynamic and health-focused environment where your main responsibility is to ensure the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

You will belong to the Linköping cluster and work at the facilities: Linköping Stora torget, Skäggetorp, Motala, and Västervik. The position is a 50% employment with varying working hours, primarily in the afternoons and evenings from Monday to Thursday. The desired start date for the position is mid-May.

In your role as a Gym Coordinator, your main tasks will include:

Ensuring the gym is clean, tidy, and fully functional through daily checks and actions.
Handling service requests and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
Conducting safety inspections according to established routines and checklists.
Reporting major repairs.
Performing member rounds, which include returning weights, restocking materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
Carrying out cleaning and hygiene routines.
Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
Conducting open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About You

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machinery and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and enjoy working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we expect you to be relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in training and health, and see long-term potential in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the position:

Completed high school diploma
Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is an asset
Class B driver's license and access to a car is an asset

Since the role involves working alone and handling payment instruments, you must be at least 18 years old.
