About the role: As a Customer Service Representative for Allente, you play a crucial role in assisting customers and safeguarding their experience. You will handle incoming calls from customers needing help with everything from billing inquiries to technical support, actively working to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What you will do:

  • Support Norwegian customers via phone through incoming cases regarding payment, billing, or technical support. There is no requirement to speak fluent Norwegian – a good understanding of the language is sufficient.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for TV and Broadband services.
  • Offer tailored solutions and campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction in every call.
  • Use your persuasive communication skills to actively identify customer needs and drive upselling by creating value in the customer's continued use of the service.
  • Work towards clear goals and have the opportunity to earn commission bonuses.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrives in a goal- and result-oriented environment.
  • Has passed grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5.
  • Has a feel for good customer service and the willingness to learn and develop.
  • Is curious about upselling and has an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer.
  • Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy approach.
  • Can work full-time from our office in Norrköping, St. Persgatan 19.
  • Has good knowledge of Norwegian is a strong asset.

  • Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
  • Varied hours during opening times: Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-18:00.
  • Location: On-site at our modern office in Norrköping, St. Persgatan 19.
