Your Role

As a Contract Manager in Maintenance FAC, you will hold a central position where you drive and develop business in an international context. You are responsible for ensuring that contracts and agreements are managed and executed correctly, commercially, and efficiently.

You will work closely with both internal functions and external parties, contributing to ensuring that projects are delivered according to set goals, timelines, and requirements. The role also involves leading dialogues and negotiations, as well as identifying and developing business opportunities.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage new and existing contracts with customers and suppliers
• Ensure that contractual terms are followed according to applicable legislation and internal guidelines
• Support project and delivery leaders in contract-related issues
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks associated with contracts and execution
• Follow up and manage contract issues during the projects, both internally and externally
• Contribute to developing and improving processes and working methods within contract management

You play an important role in creating structure and progress in complex assignments, where you also work with planning, resource issues, and follow-up.

You will be part of a team consisting of contract and product managers and collaborate closely with product management, aftermarket, purchasing, and legal. The role also involves cooperation with operational activities at other locations.

The position is based in Malmslätt, and travel, including overnight stays, may occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in contract management, project management, or similar business-related roles in an international environment. You have a good understanding of contract law and thrive in a role where you can combine business acumen, structure, and collaboration.

We expect you to have:

• Relevant academic education in law, economics, purchasing, or equivalent experience
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
• Experience with international agreements and complex contract structures
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate professionally

The role requires:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Willingness to travel for work

Additional language skills, such as German or Italian, are an advantage.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for specific citizenship.
