At Jernbro, we are in an expansive phase and need to strengthen our team in Finspång. In our workshop, we manufacture welded and machined components as well as steel constructions based on the customer's specific requirements and wishes. All manufacturing is done with full traceability and documentation, primarily in stainless steel but also in carbon steel and aluminum.

Your Responsibilities

As a preparer with us, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, creating calculations, and ultimately submitting bids. You will work closely with both customers, suppliers, and production, where you will follow up on the products you have calculated and, in consultation with the production manager, ensure quality, delivery precision, and customer satisfaction. The position suits you who thrive in a central role with broad contact areas, both internally and externally.

You will belong to a team of five people where the responsibility is divided into two areas, construction steel and stainless steel. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop in an exciting and technically advanced industry, where you become part of a cohesive team with extensive experience and knowledge.

Your Profile

We believe that you either work as a preparer today or come from another technical background and want to take on new challenges. You have the ability to carefully read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and solutions. We would like you to have experience from both workshop environments and work at customer sites, for example during maintenance stops or assembly. Experience in welding is an advantage.

As a person, you are described as cooperative and outgoing. You thrive in social contexts and find it easy to create new contacts. Since the role involves many contact areas, good communication skills are crucial, and you are fluent in Swedish and English.

To succeed in the role, we see that you: ✅ Have experience in reading and understanding technical drawings and documentation. ✅ Have good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
