ICA Nära Sturefors is a store located just outside Linköping in an area that is growing and developing. The store has a turnover of approximately 40 million SEK and has grown in both operations and organization in recent years. Today, the team consists of about 12 employees, and the focus moving forward is on continued development – both of the store and the team.

Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations, influence the development, and create a store that customers choose in their everyday lives.

As a store employee with responsibility for fresh products, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the fresh produce department. The focus is on ensuring order, structure, and high quality – every day.

You will work operationally in the store and drive the department forward with a focus on sales, profitability, product care, and customer experience. The role also includes following up on key figures, working with waste and margins, and identifying improvement opportunities in daily operations.

You will be part of the store's operational group and contribute to creating a well-functioning whole in the store.

The department includes packaged fresh products such as dairy, meat, charcuterie, cheese, and simpler catering like sandwich cakes.

• Ensure good product care with a focus on dates, quality, and order

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the fresh produce department

• Actively work with sales and profitability

• Follow up and analyze key figures such as waste and margins

• Ensure that routines and working methods are followed

• Create a selling and well-stocked department

• Work with orders, restocking, and displays

• Contribute to the store's daily operations and collaboration

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys a role where structure and operations are in focus. You have a strong customer focus and are driven to create a well-functioning and selling department.

You are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment while being self-sufficient and confident in taking responsibility in daily tasks. You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of quality in fresh products.

Requirements:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the grocery trade, preferably within ICA

• Experience working with sales, profitability, and key figures

• Experience taking responsibility for the daily operations of a department or work area

Meritorious:

• Experience with fresh products

• Experience in leadership

• Knowledge of food hygiene and self-control

• ICA training (e.g., BLU, FLU)

• Extent: Full-time, 100%

• Working hours: Weekdays and every third weekend

• Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

• Start: Immediately

• Salary: By agreement
