Blomsterlandet is Sweden's leading retail chain for plants and garden supplies, with around sixty stores from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south, as well as an e-commerce platform that is open 24/7. The first store opened in Jönköping in 1989, and the business continues to expand with the goal of establishing itself in more cities and constantly developing. Today, the organization consists of over 700 dedicated employees and is in an exciting growth phase!

About the role

Blomsterlandet Norrköping is a well-established store located in the Ingelsta shopping area in Norrköping. Here, a dedicated team of various ages works together to create an inspiring store environment and offer our customers knowledge, service, and joy of plants.

We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for someone who wants to join this journey and take on a role as a sales associate at approximately 50%.

The store is open weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves working at varying times during the entire opening hours and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in the store

• Staff the cash register and handle payments

• Participate in daily sales activities

• Receive, unpack, and restock products, as well as work with product displays in the store

About you

• Have experience in retail

• Positive, attentive, and solution-oriented

• Structured and organized with a good ability to prioritize

• Focused on creating a fantastic customer experience and spreading joy of plants

• Interest in plants, flowers, and gardening is a plus

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, teamwork, and commitment!

Employment type: The position is a fixed-term employment between April and June, with a chance for extension.

Start date: Immediately

Salary: According to the collective agreement for trade
