Do you have a burning interest in banking and finance? Do you want the opportunity to excel both individually and as part of a team? Now is your chance to get your foot in the door at one of Northern Europe's leading financial groups and help drive the business forward. Come contribute with your commitment and develop both yourself and the bank's business!

About the role

Academic Work is recruiting on behalf of Danske Bank for a Customer Advisor to join the bank's outbound operations. This part of the bank has a clear mission: to develop customer relationships, enhance the positive experience of the bank, and increase customer engagement. Through proactive outreach to existing and new private customers, the bank offers tailored solutions with the ambition to meet customers where their interests lie today.

As a Customer Advisor, you will work in a team within the outbound calling operations, tasked with proactively contacting existing private customers and, to some extent, potential private customers. The customers you interact with daily have either shown engagement with the bank, or the team wishes to call for customer service purposes to schedule meetings. Through excellent service and professional conduct during customer calls, the majority of your conversations will lead to a booked advisory meeting, primarily conducted via digital online meetings, or alternatively, physical meetings at one of the bank's offices. Together with the rest of the team, you will maintain a constant focus on developing your working methods to create value for the bank's customers.

In the role of Customer Advisor, you will receive training via SwedSec to obtain a mortgage license, designed to develop your specialized competence in mortgage-related matters. This training will be conducted six months into the employment.

You will receive

  • A paid SwedSec mortgage license
  • The opportunity to help build the team towards continued success
  • A wonderful team spirit where everyone contributes and supports each other
  • Flexibility to work both from home and at the office

Occasional side assignments from other departments may also occur.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a high school education in economics or have a strong interest in economics
