At our Retention department at the headquarters in Linköping, existing customers are at the center of our focus. Our mission is clear: to ensure that our customers continue to feel safe, secure, and well taken care of in their homes.

Here we work with:

🔹 Moving Department – when customers change their residence
🔹 Change of Concept – upgrading to our latest Verisure concept
🔹 Customer Care – contact, advice, and service/support

We handle both incoming and outgoing calls to our existing customers – always with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00
