Supplier Risk and Compliance Manager

We are currently building a new function focused on monitoring, analyzing, and developing our suppliers – in both digital and physical value chains. Here you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, work closely with the business, and contribute to robust deliveries over time.

As a Supplier Risk and Compliance Manager, you will play a central role in this work. You will collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance, identify risks, and drive improvements throughout the supply chain.

Our suppliers range from contractors and technical installations to materials and specialist services. In this role, you will ensure high delivery quality, effective risk management, and compliance with requirements in quality, sustainability, and safety.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
• Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments
• Analyze data, identify deviations, and drive improvements
• Map supply chains (digital and physical)
• Work with risk management, continuity planning, and preparedness

Are you the one we are looking for? You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. You work methodically, identify risks, and contribute to strengthening the resilience of the supply chain through clear follow-up and drive in improvement work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• experience in supplier monitoring, quality, or procurement
• the ability to analyze data and identify risks
• a good understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO, CSRD, NIS2)
• experience working cross-functionally
• excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• technical education/background or experience as an SQE or in a similar role is a plus
