The position refers to: Permanent employment of 22 hours per week, probationary employment applies.

Start date: 2026-04-20 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make the last impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

• Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:
• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Work at the checkout, including service matters.
• Assist with restocking and create a pleasant store environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you thrive in meeting customers? Great! If you have also worked in a store or checkout before – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it would be fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
