ScanMont is a growing company in the heat pump industry, delivering products, accessories, and solutions to professional installers and retailers across Sweden. Founded in 2011, the company is part of the Scanoffice Group - the largest wholesaler of air-to-air heat pumps in the Nordics.

With a wide range of heat pumps, tools, and installation materials, ScanMont helps installers deliver energy-efficient solutions to end customers. With extensive experience in the industry and close relationships with its retailers, the company continues to grow in the Swedish market and is now looking for an additional district sales manager to join its expanding team.

Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at ScanMont, you will play a central role in the company's continued expansion. You will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with installers and retailers in the heat pump industry within your district.

You will work independently from a home office and spend most of your working hours visiting customers. In this role, you will work with both existing customers and actively prospect for new clients in your area, where relationship building is crucial for success.

Responsibilities
  • Build and develop relationships with installers and retailers
  • Conduct customer visits and meetings at companies in your district
  • Prospect new customers through active prospecting and relationship-building efforts
  • Be responsible for sales and development of the customer base in the region
  • Follow up with customers and ensure long-term collaborations
  • Independently plan weekly customer meetings and activities from your home office
Your Profile

You are an energetic and driven person who enjoys working independently and creating new business opportunities. You find it easy to connect with people and quickly build trust in meetings with customers. Requirements
  • Experience in technical B2B sales
  • Valid driver's license (B)
  • Ability to travel for work and stay overnight as needed (approximately 40 nights per year)
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and structure your own workweek
Meritorious
  • Experience from the heat pump, installation, or climate industry
  • Technical understanding or interest in energy and climate systems

You will start your employment with a thorough introduction where you will accompany the sales manager on customer visits, learn about the products, and receive technical training. You will also have the opportunity to visit the group's headquarters in Finland for further introduction and training.

Location: Västerås, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Katrineholm, Linköping, Norrköping, starting from home.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 diploma courses in sales and weekly live lectures. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm for those who want to further develop in their role as a salesperson.
