As a Friend, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular tasks in the store, such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

Important information:  To be eligible for the position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. Experience/Qualifications:

• You have completed upper secondary education
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, and there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English

• You are driven and motivated by sales and customer interactions
• You find it rewarding to work in different stores
• You are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with colleagues
• You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
