About the Company

Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone and wants to work in a close-knit team? Right now, we at Clockwork are looking for a customer communicator for our client's customer service in Norrköping. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and lasting until the end of the year, with a chance for extension. The work takes place on-site at the office in Norrköping.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer communicator, you will be an important part of our client's customer service, where you will interact with the company's customers daily via phone, chat, and email. The role involves answering questions across all of the company's business areas.

The work is varied and consists of both shorter customer inquiries and more complex issues that require collaboration with other parts of the organization or external contractors. A typical workday often includes a mix of phone shifts and administrative tasks, but most of your day will be spent handling customer inquiries via phone. You will be part of a team of six people where you support and help each other in daily tasks.

Your Profile

We believe you are someone who has worked a few years in customer service and is now looking to take the next step. However, your attitude is the most important; we are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and enjoys customer contact. You should have experience in customer service, preferably phone-based, and enjoy talking to customers. As a person, you are positive, curious, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced role with many contacts each day. You have good computer skills and experience working with various systems, preferably case management systems. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
