We are now looking for two service administrators for our client in Linköping, starting as agreed. In this role, you will have a dynamic and developing workday where you provide professional service, handle various types of customer inquiries, and contribute to high customer satisfaction!
You are part of a team where collaboration and communication are central. The assignment is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The assignment is expected to last until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.
About the position
As a service administrator, you have an important role in providing support to residents and patients in inquiries.
Your main task is to handle inquiries via phone and digital channels and to convey a safe and professional contact. By relieving healthcare operations, you contribute to good care and service in Östergötland.
The assignment includes handling inquiries regarding patient invoices, fees and regulations in healthcare, care choices, and high-cost protection. The operation also manages orders for products that support patients' care and health, as well as working with scanning.
The operation is on a development journey with the ambition to find new ways to relieve the healthcare system. This means that the assignment will change over time with new developing and value-creating tasks.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and at least one year of experience in customer service or support. You have good communication skills and enjoy meeting people in various situations. Experience from public operations or previous work with invoice management or similar administrative tasks is an advantage. Since we handle invoice inquiries, education with an economic focus is also meritorious.
As the position involves contact with residents and patients, very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required.
As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a strong sense of service. You take responsibility for your work and work purposefully to achieve results.
You are customer-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious, with the ability to prioritize and keep order even in a changing workday. We value that you are adaptable and solution-oriented in your work and that you see development and improvements as both important and enjoyable, as this is a natural part of contributing to the success of the operation.
