You will step into a key role within a production-focused operation where delivery security, quality, and pace are central. Here, you will work to ensure that materials, repairs, and services are available when needed, in an environment with complex flows and high demands for structure.

This assignment is ideal for someone who thrives close to the operations and wants a daily routine combining operational procurement with numerous contact points. You will work with both standard components and more complex, customer-specific products related to aircraft components, while contributing to an efficient supply chain from need to delivery. • You are responsible for purchasing spare parts, repairs, and services related to aircraft components.
• You place orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure planned needs are met on time and with the right quality.
• You handle sales orders and drive your own workflow forward with a high degree of independence.
• You collect cost estimates and follow up on documentation related to procurement work.
• You contribute to optimizing flows in the supply chain and creating better conditions for production.
• You review suppliers' cost analyses and collaborate closely with several functions within the organization.

• At least 3 years of experience in operational procurement.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and structured in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience in procurement within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with or interest in export control.
• Experience with the IFS business system.
