We are currently looking for an inside sales representative to join the team at StoCenter in Linköping.

Sto Scandinavia develops, produces, and markets products and system solutions for facades, interiors, floors, and concrete. Sto is a supplier of high-quality building materials, responsible for the entire chain from development and production to marketing and sales. Sto Scandinavia's Nordic headquarters is located in Linköping.

About the Role

As an inside sales representative, you are expected to deliver high-quality service to customers and in daily contact with the rest of the organization. Tasks are normally performed at a fast pace where you, through independent work, take great responsibility for planning and structuring prioritized tasks.

Together with your colleagues at StoCenter, you will work in a positive and creative environment while striving to achieve set goals.

This is a consultancy assignment with employment through Poolia. The desired start date is immediate, and the assignment runs until the end of August. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 16:00, and the position is 100%.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will initially be primarily responsible for picking materials and ensuring they are available for our customers, while contributing to maintaining a high level of customer service and internal support by assisting with sales and advising both internal and external customers.

Other recurring tasks in the role that you will work with over time include:

  • Order registration in the business system to ensure correct delivery and follow-up.
  • Handling credit notes to manage potential adjustments and complaints.
  • Registration and follow-up of complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Color mixing, delivery, and ordering of goods based on customers' specific needs.
  • Supporting the region's salespeople by acting as operational support and ensuring smooth workflows.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a responsible, self-reliant, and social person who is meticulous, structured, and has a strong service mindset. Previous experience in administration, retail, or customer service is an asset.

  • You have good computer skills; experience with the SAP business system is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of English and Swedish.
  • Forklift license (Category A) is a requirement.
  • Experience from the construction sector or knowledge of the construction process is highly desirable.
