We are currently looking for an inside sales representative for Ahlsell, an assignment where you will work in a warm and inclusive culture with a focus on development, collaboration, and sustainability.

About the position

Do you want to help develop the business within one of Ahlsell's most expansive segments? We are now looking for an inside sales representative for the Real Estate team – a 6-month consultant assignment via Poolia with good possibilities for extension!

As an inside sales representative, you will have daily contact with customers, primarily via phone and email. You will collaborate closely with outside sales representatives, store colleagues, and specialists to create a smooth and consistent customer experience. The role involves handling incoming inquiries as well as proactively working to develop the business together with customers.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will have regular contact with customers via phone and email and work closely with outside sales representatives, store teams, and specialists to ensure an efficient and professional customer experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling orders, quotations, as well as returns and complaints
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Contributing to a high level of service and strong customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales organization to drive the business forward
  • Actively working on upselling and identifying new business opportunities
  • Following up on sales and customer activities in business systems
  • Participating in internal meetings and contributing to improvement and development work

The position is linked to a region covering Mjölby, Motala, Linköping, Norrköping, Katrineholm, and Nyköping. The location will be determined through dialogue.

You have a business mindset and are skilled at creating and developing relationships. The role requires you to be able to prioritize, work in an organized manner, and handle several parallel tasks, while feeling comfortable in a communicative role.

We prefer that you have:

  • Experience working in customer service, sales, or inside sales
  • Preferably a background in technical trade, construction, installation, or the real estate industry
  • Good experience working with business systems, such as SAP, Vivaldi, or similar
  • The ability to express yourself clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
