Are you service-oriented, curious, and thrive in a role where you get to solve problems and help others? We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist for an exciting assignment at Samhall, where you will become part of a developing organization and work broadly with cases within HR and finance.

About the Role

In the role of part-time Customer Support Specialist at Samhall, you will work to provide support to the organization's approximately 25,000 employees on various types of cases. The questions vary and can concern employment, salary, and finance. The work is largely digital and takes place via various systems as well as through meetings in Microsoft Teams. They have recently implemented a new case management system, which means you will be part of a development journey where working methods and processes are not yet fully established and are continuously being shaped. You will become part of a tight-knit team in Linköping where the culture is characterized by openness, collaboration, and a willingness to develop together.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and changing environment where working methods and processes evolve over time. You are self-reliant and take your own initiatives, while feeling comfortable in a role where not everything is fully defined. You see opportunities to structure your own work and contribute actively, even during periods when the pace varies.

This is a consulting assignment running from April through the summer, with the possibility of continued work during autumn/Christmas, where you are expected to work full-time during the summer!

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming cases related to HR and finance issues
  • Provide support and guidance to employees in various situations
  • Work in case management systems and document cases
  • Learn regulations, routines, and processes
  • Participate in the team's development work and contribute with improvement ideas
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in a smaller team

We are looking for you who

  • Are a student or have another form of employment of at least 50%
  • Can start your training in April and work full-time during the summer
  • Have experience in service, such as customer service or support
  • Are a quick learner and enjoy working in various IT systems
  • Have good computer skills and feel secure in digital working methods
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Have a good ability to get up to speed in new situations and understand complex cases

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience with HR, payroll, or finance-related issues
  • Worked in case management systems previously
  • Experience of working in changing organizations
