We are currently seeking an Operational Purchaser for a consultancy assignment in Linköping, where you will play a central role in ensuring deliveries to production. You will become an important part of a team with a strong delivery focus, working closely with several functions within the organization. ✈️

About the Assignment As an Operational Purchaser, you are responsible for ensuring that planned needs are met on time and with the right quality. The role is production-oriented and includes purchasing both standard components and more complex, customer-specific products. You will drive your own processes forward while collaborating broadly internally. 🔄

Your Responsibilities

• Purchasing of spare parts, repairs, and services related to advanced components.
• Order placement and follow-up of deliveries.
• Handling of sales orders.
• Obtaining cost estimates.
• Process optimization in the supply chain.
• Reviewing suppliers' cost analyses.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner in a high-tempo environment.

Advantageous

• Experience in purchasing within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated activities.
• Experience with or interest in export control.
• Experience with the IFS ERP system.

Additional Information Location: Linköping. Work model: Hybrid, approximately 3 days on-site. Start date: Immediate. Duration: 12 months. Possibility of extension may occur. Security clearance may be required during the assignment. Scope: Full-time.
